KasiaCare stores care plan information you enter — preferences, daily tasks, schedules, caregiver notes, emergency contacts, supplies, and calendar entries. Personal but not medical. Accessible only to you and those you invite.
Your name and email address when you sign up. Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Only to provide and improve KasiaCare. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Printable Care Reports identify the care recipient by initials and state of residence only. No full name, no address, no personal identifying information on the printed page.
Request a copy, correction, or complete deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing contact@kasiacare.com. We respond within 30 days.
Industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your care plan is controlled by the permissions you set.
KasiaCare is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Our AI policy and governance
KasiaCare uses artificial intelligence tools in the development and improvement of its software. All AI use is conducted under strict internal governance — following proper legal channels and industry best practices to help ensure there is no bias, no misuse of data, and no compromise of user privacy.
Within KasiaCare, AI is used for basic reporting, search functionality, and assistive features to help caregivers navigate their care plan more easily. KasiaCare does not use AI to make medical decisions, clinical recommendations, or health diagnoses of any kind.
Because KasiaCare currently does not store personal health information, medication names, or medical data, our AI systems do not process or train on any personal health information. Your care plan data is used only to provide the KasiaCare service to you — never for AI model training or third party data sharing.
KasiaCare is not responsible for any third party artificial intelligence tools, platforms, or services that a user may access independently on the internet. We encourage users to review the privacy and data policies of any third party AI service they choose to use separately from KasiaCare.
As KasiaCare grows into its Med Basic and Med Pro plans, AI features such as the AI Trend Viewer will be introduced. All future AI features will be developed under full HIPAA compliance, reviewed by legal counsel, and governed by updated policies before launch.
