This is what success looks like for KasiaCare — and how we hold ourselves accountable to the families, individuals, and caregivers who trust us with something that matters deeply.
Our definition of success
Most software companies measure success in subscribers and revenue. Those things matter — but they are not what gets us up in the morning. KasiaCare succeeds when the people it serves feel the difference in their daily lives.
"No one receiving care should feel unknown. No one providing care should feel unprepared."
— KasiaCare Mission StatementThat is our north star. Everything we build, every feature we add, every decision we make — we ask ourselves: does this bring us closer to that?
Their preferences, routines, and needs are documented and followed — by every caregiver, every visit.
Their daily schedule is clear and consistent — medications, meals, appointments, and activities all tracked and completed.
They feel known. Not just cared for — but truly known as a whole person.
They walk through the door with confidence — the care plan is right there, current and clear, the moment they log in.
Updating the care plan is fast and easy — it does not add burden to an already demanding day.
They never start from scratch — the handoff between caregivers is seamless and nothing falls through the cracks.
They have peace of mind — they can see what is happening without making phone calls or sending text messages.
They trust that the information is current — the care plan reflects today, not last week.
Everyone on the care team is on the same page — no information silos, no guessing, no missed details.
How we hold ourselves accountable
KasiaCare must work reliably on every device — especially older Android phones in real homes, not just the latest technology. If something breaks we fix it fast. Every page, every reminder, every form submission — it has to work every time.
KasiaCare is not built in a boardroom. It is built from thirty years of lived caregiving experience — and from the ongoing feedback of our Angels and users. When you tell us something is not working, we listen. Every message sent to contact@kasiacare.com is read personally.
The software must be simple enough for anyone to use from day one — no training required. If it is confusing, we fix it. Simplicity is not a feature. It is a promise to every caregiver who is already managing too much.
KasiaCare currently does not store any personal health information. We never sell your data. We never will. When we introduce medical features in future plans, full HIPAA compliance will be in place before a single line of medical data is stored. We do this right — in the right order.
KasiaCare is named for Kasia — a beloved mother who lived with a disability and was cared for by her family for over thirty years. That story is not a marketing angle. It is the reason this company exists. Every decision we make is held up against that truth.
Accountability built in from day one
KasiaCare has adopted the TRACE post-deployment monitoring framework — developed by the Aspen Policy Academy in January 2026 — as the foundation for how we track whether we are delivering on our promises. We adapted it specifically for KasiaCare's context.
We monitor five things continuously:
We review our progress against these standards daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Our Angels community is a key part of this process — their feedback directly shapes what we build next.

"KasiaCare helps people track, report, and maintain their care plan."
— KasiaCare Core PrincipleKasiaCare does not recommend care, treatments, medications, or medical solutions of any kind. All care decisions are made by the caregiver, the person receiving care, their family, and or their medical team.
We are a tracking tool — built with love, care, and deep respect for the people and families who use it. We hold your care plan. You make the decisions.
